This is the first major scene of the movie. Works in parallel time. It occurs between Earth and a major space station.

As KEN walks down a huge corridor seen from behind in is astronaut suit, helmet in his hand, and escorted by NOA, HICHIROU and YUUMA, a few standy colleagues quietly looking, this walk is cut by images and small scenes from the previous day and early morning.

We see KEN playing with HICHIROU by the beach, running, laying down in the sand looking at sky, huging. HICHIROU asks "Forever?", KEN answers "Forever and forever".

We see KEN in the night after making love with NOA. Their fingers crossed. NOA asks "Forever?", KEN answers "Forever and forever". They hug silently in the dark. He kisses her softly and says "I will never forget you. Thank you for letting me go". NOA answers "We'll miss you so much, and HICHIROU is still so young, you are so important to us, but I know we would end up loosing you if we didn't let you do this - you need to go there and be the first, maybe the only one". KEN kisses NOA softly again "Thank you".

We see KEN taking HICHIROU sleeping in is arms through the house and laying him down in bed. He tucks him well with the sheets, kisses him softly and whispers "Daddy will always love you, always".

At the end of the corridor they arrive to a special room, where KEN lies down in his space capsule and is prepared by several medical attendantes for the suspended animation. Before he lies down, YUUMA takes a quick selfie with KEN. "This is forever", says YUUMA.

KEN doesn't need the helmet. In his pod the atmosphere will always be controlled so, the helmet will only be needed if he finds inteligent life and needs to get of the ship. As he rests in his place during the lenghty procedures, he holds one hand of NOA and one hand of HICHIROU.

Slowly he starts to feel sleepy. He asks YUUMA, standing near him, "Will I dream?". YUUMA says "It's possible but, according to all the testing, is very very rare to dream during suspended animation". Feeling that he's reaching the fall asleep point, KEN lets some tears drop down his face, holds the hands of NOA and HICHIROU stronger and says "I will love and remember you forever".

After KEN falls into suspended animation, the medical staff closes the capsule with a translucent lid and take the pod to be installed into the main ship.

NOA, HICHIROU and YUUMA pass to a nearby room with a view to the outside of the space station where they can see CHO, the ship that will carry KEN throughout the universe.
